According to BeatSC.com (aka the trojan-haters club), $C's legal department has informed the website operators that the site is violating the university's trademark. Supposedly, the site must not sell any merchandise with the letters "SC" in red - if the color is changed, then all is okay. This sounds a little fishy to me.
